GENERAL RULES FOR USING THE ICE PARK RINK
1. Working Hours and Sessions
1.1. Working hours: from 11:00 AM to 22:00 PM every day.

1.3. The time between sessions is reserved for maintenance, ice resurfacing, and disinfection.
1.4. After each session, all visitors must leave the ice surface.
2. Tickets and Access
2.1. Tickets are sold in Bulgarian lev (BGN), and from January 1, 2026, also in euros, according to the official price list. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office or online at www.icepark.bg.
2.2. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and session.
2.3. The rink has a limited capacity; once it is reached, ticket sales for that session stop.
2.4. Keep your ticket and receipt until you leave the venue.
3. Clothing and Personal Belongings
3.1. Wearing gloves, a hat, and warm long socks is recommended.
3.2. Lockers are available for storing personal belongings.
3.3. The company is not responsible for unattended items.
3.4. Locker size and quantity are limited.
3.5. Lockers are rented per session against a rental fee and a cash deposit. The deposit is refunded upon returning the key at the end of the session. The company is not responsible for valuables or money left in the lockers.
4. Skates, Helmets, and Equipment
4.1. Skates and helmets must be rented and returned only at the designated area.
4.2. It is forbidden to leave the premises with rented equipment.
4.3. Walking with skates outside the ice surface or wooden platform is prohibited.
4.4. Visitors may skate with their own skates.
4.5. ICE PARK provides free helmets for those who wish, with a valid ticket.
4.6. Quantities of skates, helmets, and training aids are limited.
4.7. Once supplies are exhausted, rentals stop for the session.
4.8. All children and beginners are strongly advised to wear a helmet and gloves.
4.9. Training aids are intended for children up to 120 cm in height.
4.10. Training aids must be returned to the ice-entry area after the rental time ends. A late return may incur an extra fee as per the price list.
5. Behavior on the Ice
5.1. Skating direction follows staff instructions.
5.2. Prohibited actions include pushing, blocking, chasing games, shoving, jumping, speed skating, spins, cameras on the ice, or consuming food and drinks.
5.3. Visitors endangering others or ignoring staff instructions will be removed without refund.
5.4. Sitting on or climbing over the rink barrier is not allowed.
5.5. Upon a signal or during cleaning, everyone must leave the ice immediately.
5.6. Walking on the ice with shoes is prohibited.
5.7. Umbrellas are not allowed on the ice.
6. Children and Guardians
6.1. Children under 4 years old may enter only at staff discretion and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, who is fully responsible for their actions.
6.2. Children aged 4 to 12 may skate independently but under the supervision of a parent/guardian, who remains responsible for their behavior.
6.3. All children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult responsible for them.
6.4. 6.4. All children under 12 must wear a protective helmet. ICE PARK provides free helmets for children with valid tickets who do not have their own.
7. Prohibitions and Restrictions
7.1. Entry is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7.2. Sharp objects, weapons, food, and beverages may not be brought inside.
7.3. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
7.4. Pets are not permitted on the ice.
8. Safety and Personal Responsibility
8.1. The use of personal protective equipment—helmets, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards—is strongly recommended, especially for children and beginners.
8.2. Not using protective equipment increases the risk of injury from falls or collisions.
8.3. Each visitor is personally responsible if they choose not to use the provided or recommended protection.
8.4. The ice surface may have uneven or soft spots or water; skate carefully and follow staff instructions.
8.5. All visitors use the rink at their own risk.
8.6. ICE PARK is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with the rules, nor for lost or stolen items.
8.7. The company is not responsible for incidents caused by lack of skating skills, collisions, or failure to follow staff directions.
9. Maintenance and Organization
9.1. Parts of the ice surface may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
9.2. Ten minutes before the end of each session, the alley entrance closes to allow visitors to exit safely.
9.3. The schedule may be temporarily adjusted due to weather conditions.
9.4. The organizers are not responsible for temporary changes in the ice structure caused by variable weather.
10. Agreement with the Rules
10.1. By purchasing a ticket, each visitor confirms that they have read and accepted these General Rules of Use and Safety.
10.2. Failure to follow the Rules may result in removal from the rink without refund.
